2. What we collect
Account data: name, email address, login credentials managed by our authentication provider, language and country preferences.
Creator data you submit: platform, audience size, engagement metrics, publishing frequency, topics, skills, monetization status, revenue figures, goals, plan progress, experiments and notes.
Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, AI analyses consumed, device and browser information, IP address and approximate location derived from it.
Support data: messages you send us.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Payment data is collected directly by Paddle.
3. Why we use it
To create and maintain your account; to deliver the service (scores, opportunities, plans, analytics, forecasts and reports); to enforce plan limits and entitlements; to provide support; to keep the service secure and prevent fraud or abuse; to comply with legal obligations; and, where you have consented, to send product updates.
4. Legal bases
Performance of a contract: providing the service you subscribed to.
Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service improvement and aggregated benchmarking (always de-identified).
Consent: optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
Legal obligation: accounting, tax and responding to lawful requests.
5. Who we share it with
Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Limited, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, invoicing, tax compliance and billing support.
Infrastructure providers: our hosting, database and authentication providers, which store your data on our behalf.
AI processing: the AI provider that generates strategic reviews, which receives only the aggregated metrics needed for the analysis.
Email delivery: our transactional email provider.
Professional advisers and authorities: where required by law.
We never sell your personal data.
6. AI processing
On paid plans, aggregated metrics from your account are sent to an AI provider to generate strategic reviews. Only the figures required for the analysis are sent. Outputs are stored in your account so you can consult them later. You can avoid this processing entirely by not using the AI features.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account and creator data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain for accounting or legal reasons (normally up to the statutory period applicable to invoices).
8. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate additional safeguards.
9. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to —; we respond within one month.
You can export your data at any time from the Data page in the app, and delete your account from Settings.
If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.
10. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers, access is restricted per user by database-level authorisation rules, and administrative access is limited to the accounts that require it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures.
11. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language choice. Paddle sets cookies during checkout to process your payment and prevent fraud. We do not use advertising cookies.
12. Children
The service is not intended for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe we have, contact — and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
